Fruitless in Forfar

Berwick lost on their travels again at the weekend when ex-Berwick Kevin McLeish hit a stunner into the top corner to take all 3 points for Forfar just as the game looked like it would end 1-1.

I thought Berwick, under Jimmy Crease and Ian Little, had some confidence about them and certainly played reasonably well in the first half when they had the wind advantage. Second half was pretty much all Forfar but Berwick looked like they had done enough to take a point.

I'm pretty certain there were more players in the Berwick squad on Saturday than Berwick fans at Station Park.
